<strong>Q:</strong> I'm a member and my program guide/listings didn't arrive by the first of the month, what gives?
A: If you have not received your program listings by the 1st of the month, please contact the Member Hot Line at 585-258-0200 (or use this contact form). We can check to make sure your account is correct or send a new copy if the original has been lost by the post office. Meanwhile, you can also download the newest program listings or visit the online schedules found on our TV and Radio pages.
