Susan B. Anthony is justifiably remembered, and will always be, for her work. But other women of the era also made tremendous impacts, and their stories are in danger of being forgotten. The Susan B. Anthony Museum and House holds an annual event to focus on people who made impacts, and this year the spotlight falls on Jane Addams. Addams was a friend of Susan B. Anthony, she influenced Teddy Roosevelt, she founded the country’s first settlement house, and that’s just for starters. It’s the story most Americans have never heard.

Guests:

Deborah Hughes, President and CEO of the Susan B. Anthony House

Author and historian Louise Knight
