Brighton Police Chief Mark Henderson is one of the recipients of an award from the Center for Dispute Settlement. Following the Zimmerman trial last year, the center wanted to look at ways police interact with the community to keep the peace, especially in volatile situations. The president of the center joins Chief Henderson, and we’ll look back at the lessons Sanford, Florida while also looking at police / community relations in the Rochester area.
