WXXI hosts a Cook's Country From America's Test Kitchen Marathon on Saturday, September 11 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on WXXI-TV (DT21.1/cable 1011 and 11). The familiar team from public television’s most-watched cooking show, America's Test Kitchen, revisits recipes from the American repertoire, including lost recipes, regional favorites, and new classics. Filmed in a renovated 1806 farmhouse with a full working test kitchen, the staff includes Christopher Kimball, Bridget Lancaster, Julia Collin-Davison, Jack Bishop, and Adam Ried. During the broadcast viewers will learn more about Rochester-native Julia Collin Davison's upcoming visit to WXXI in October.
