On Saturday February 5, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. WXXI and the Rochester Museum and Science Center will host a free event where you can watch clips from NOVA's Making Stuff series, and engage in a conversation with UR scientists Lewis Rothberg and Todd Krauss. In NOVA’s fascinating new four-hour series, Making Stuff, popular New York Times technology reporter David Pogue takes viewers on a thrilling tour of the material world we live in, and the one that may lie ahead—offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at scientific innovations that are ushering in a new generation of materials that are stronger, smarter, smaller and cleaner than anything we’ve ever seen. The series premieres Wednesday, January 19 at 9 p.m. on WXXI-TV/HD.
