Cleveland Levels Vacant Homes to Revive Neighborhoods

The economically troubled Ohio city is tearing down thousands of empty foreclosed homes in hopes of putting eyesore and dangerous properties back to productive use - perhaps as community gardens, new businesses or even a vineyard.
